Service Description
Experience professional recording sessions in our state-of-the-art studio. Perfect for artists looking to record high-quality tracks with the best equipment and sound engineers.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and full session fee charged. Rescheduled sessions must be confirmed within 30 days, subject to availability. 3. Session Time Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If late, your session will not be extended and you will be charged for the full time booked. Notify us if you expect to be late to avoid misunderstandings. 4. Studio Etiquette Only those involved in the session are allowed in the studio. Guests must be pre-approved. Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from equipment. Damage will incur additional charges. Professional behavior is required. Misconduct may result in termination of the session without refund. 5. Payment Full payment is required by the end of the session. Extra time is charged at our standard hourly rate and must be paid before the session ends. We accept credit cards, PayPal, CashApp, and cash. Credit card payments incur a 2% fee. 6. Rights to Recordings VEZ Productions retains ownership of recordings until the session is paid in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a digital copy and full rights to the content. VEZ Productions reserves the right to use a short sample for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise. 7. Session Files & Storage Digital copies are provided post-session. Files are stored for 30 days, after which they are deleted unless long-term storage is arranged at an additional cost. 8. Equipment We provide professional recording gear. If you plan to bring your own equipment, please inform us in advance for compatibility. 9. Confidentiality All recordings are confidential and will not be shared without client consent. 10.
